- PHP lint: OK
- ZIP integrity: OK

## Manual smoke-test targets
- Open menu → Övningar.
- Browser route should become `#ovningar`.
- Old `#bibliotek` route still opens the same library.
- Start pass still uses existing YouTube/OTA playback when no server asset exists.
