RC99 scales the RC98 inline exercise illustration pilot to all canonical master exercises.

- Premium pilot assets: 1 exercise (`single-arm-row`).
- Generated fallback foreground assets: 171 exercises.
- Generated PNG foregrounds: 171 files.
- Generated SVG source foregrounds: 171 files.
- Missing illustration mappings: 0.
- ZIP integrity: OK.

Screenshots were generated using the established fallback renderer path: static HTML → WeasyPrint PDF → PNG.

## Notes

The generated fallback illustrations are not the final premium art style. They exist to provide complete, structured coverage and let the app render an instruction image for every master exercise. The approved Enbensrodd visual direction remains the premium template for later manual/AI replacement per exercise.
