# V97 RC13 · Pose Slot Scaling + Floor Baseline

## Intent

RC13 improves the Bildadmin pose-sequence prototype so pose sprites render with a stable visual scale instead of stretching to fill the available width/height.

The key product rule is:

> A pose should keep the same approximate athlete size whether a sequence contains 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 poses.

## Added in RC13

- Fixed slot preview layout, defaulting to five slots in the 16:9 exercise visual area.
- Shared floor baseline control.
- Global pose scale control.
- Per-pose X/Y/scale controls for handling jumps, floor poses and awkward crops.
- Seeded test sequences now store object entries with `poseKey`, `x`, `y` and `scale` instead of only string pose keys.
- The preview estimates pose height from each sprite's extracted bounding-box height, using a standing reference height to avoid enlarging low poses like planks/crawls.

## Current data model

```json
{
  "poseKey": "linear-pogos__pose03",
  "x": 0,
  "y": -58,
  "scale": 1
}
```

The stored sequence is still prototype/Bildadmin-only and does not change pass runtime yet.

## Controls in Bildadmin

Global preview controls:

- `Golvlinje`: shared baseline percentage inside the 16:9 visual stage.
- `Gubbstorlek`: global multiplier for all poses.
- `Slots`: 3/4/5 fixed slots, default 5.

Per pose controls:

- `X`: horizontal offset inside the slot.
- `Y`: vertical offset. Negative values lift airborne jump poses.
- `Skala`: local scale correction for individual pose sprites.

## QA focus

- One pose should not become huge.
- Five poses should still fit in the visual stage.
- Standing/jump poses should align to a shared floor line where relevant.
- Airborne poses should be movable upward with Y offset.
- Floor poses should keep human scale instead of filling the full height.

## Next step

If the RC13 preview model feels right, the next step is to choose a few exercise sequences and tune their X/Y/scale values before connecting pose-sequence fallback to pass runtime behind a feature flag.
