# HANDOVER — V395 Video-timed Butt Kick Run

## Base
V394 full-root checkpoint.

## Exercise
- exerciseId: `butt-kick-run`
- canonical profile: `warmup_butt_kick_run_ik_v1`
- source film: `assets/media/exercises/butt-kick-run/source/NEXT11_dynamic_warmup_ijj7TD0DA6Q_butt-kick-run.mov`
- source SHA-256: `330d5ca45b4778b3aa46418ab531c29af718ffb467f8adbf3845a74bddd21f2b`

## Root-cause / form refinement
The inherited canonical candidate contained a source-derived head/torso dip, asymmetric heel recovery and non-running arm shapes. V395 does **not** create a new IK profile or solver. During the resolved bake, the existing canonical profile is refined from the user film: head/torso remain stable, left/right peaks are symmetric, the heel comes high toward the glute with the knee kept down, and both arms stay compact and bent near 90 degrees.

## Timing
- source clip duration: 4.048345 s
- resolved timing window: 0.000–4.000 s
- lower-body optical-motion autocorrelation: ~0.39913 s heel-to-heel
- production cadence: 0.400 s per alternating kick
- 10 kicks / 4.0 s loop
- first source frame aligned to right heel peak

## Production
- 720 baked resolved frames
- 0 live solver calls
- resolved asset: `assets/nexprod/resolved/butt-kick-run-v395-video-timed.resolved.json`
- player: `assets/nexprod/nexprod01-resolved-player-v395.html`

## QA
Actual Nex FBX CPU skinned-mesh two-loop render is required before checkpoint finalization. Chromium/WebGL parity must not be claimed unless separately completed.
