## What this checkpoint fixes
- Atomic Lateral Lunge -> Waiter's Bow handoff. Incoming UI is not exposed until the persistent child commits the incoming exercise.
- Heading returns +90° -> 0° once; runway/lane remain world-fixed at 0°.
- ATG Lunges now step forward, plant, descend, rise, then return; stable knee branch.
- Reverse Lunges retain backward step with stable knee branch.
- Lateral Lunges use a continuous sagittal knee solution and no longer contain the V6.32 R6 branch-flip tail spasms.
- Karaoke + heel-to-toe momentum/control + Heel Walk + Toe Walk cancel horizontal resolved-root locomotion immediately after child solve, so outer product travel is the sole horizontal displacement authority and loop resets do not jump the athlete.
- Hurdle approval metadata is reconciled for the canonical authority. The exact newer V427 resolved artifact was not found and was **not reconstructed**; this checkpoint still plays the V630 R1 Hurdle resolved motion.

## QA
Frozen Guard PASS. 2013 of 2023 V6.32 files are byte-identical. Exactly 10 existing files changed, 0 removed, and no unexpected production changes. Six temporary `_tmp_v633_*` analysis scripts are excluded from this package.

Runtime QA PASS for sampled Hurdle, ATG, Reverse and Lateral phases. Lateral -> Waiter's atomic transition holds outgoing UI/body authority until commit, heading is +90° -> 0°, and runway/lane yaw remains 0°. Gait-wrap QA is PASS for Karaoke and exercises 15–18 with lane yaw 0.
