# NEXT11 V6.33 R4 — Hurdle structural head stable
Base: V6.33 R3 WIP delta chain on V6.32 locked.
Scope: Hurdle Stretch upper-body/head only.
Root cause: duplicate bone-name lookup targeted zero-offset Head deform node index 75 (parent of FacialBone) instead of structural Head index 71. Rotating index 75 deformed the face/eyes. Neck excursion also over-folded the head toward the shoulder.
Fix: keep facial Head duplicate and structural Head neutral-local; retain 35% NeckTwist01/02 excursion and 70% Spine02 excursion. Lower body and all L_/R_ arm/hand/grip chains remain unchanged from R3.
QA: actual Nex FBX CPU-skinned mesh 2-view temporal render PASS. User phone QA still required before approval/lock.
