- V422 remains the frozen common baseline.
- Only the three exercise-owned parallel deltas above are integrated.
- Shared sequence/profile/keypose files were semantically merged by exercise ID; they were not overwritten wholesale.
- The common runtime candidate is the V423C R4 copy, which is V423A's generic forefoot/toe-support runtime plus the later `sourceContact` propagation correction.
- No unrelated V423 parallel branch was imported.
