Base: V6.14 fullroot. Delta-only.

Changes:
- Dynamic Warm Up renders as its 18 canonical sequence exercises in workout overview.
- Workout/pass exercise counts expand sequence rows logically (18 instead of 1).
- All 84 program Dynamic Warm Up rows now carry 18-exercise metadata.
- `internalRestSec: 0` is canonical sequence metadata.
- Rest between adjacent steps in the same sequence reads that value, so Dynamic Warm Up #1→#18 has no rest interstitial in every containing workout.
- After #18, normal workout step/rest/video routing resumes.

Not changed: IK, solver, resolved motion, model, wrappers, travel profiles, NEXTVideoService routing.

QA: structural/data/frozen guard PASS. Chromium visual QA not claimed in this pass because preview boot timed out in the container.
