# V311 Locked 180 Restart

V310 correctly applied the 180 degree pre-contact reset, but the following V306 neutralizer and second-palm roll could still rotate the frame back toward the bad visual orientation.

V311 changes the state machine:

- Forced left 180 degree palm-frame reset happens before point snap.
- After that, V306 neutralizer is skipped; it may not undo the reset.
- First palm contact is solved by arm snap/object meet from the locked reset frame.
- Second-palm roll is bounded to ±45 degrees when the locked reset is active.
- V309-style post-commit hand roll remains disabled.
- Fingers remain blocked unless actual MCP palm gate passes.
