# V314 ACTUAL MCP-ONLY PALM AUTHORITY

User correction implemented: active grip hand-contact authority is now only:

1. Index1 MCP + ~20 mm palm-surface offset
2. Pinky1 MCP + ~20 mm palm-surface offset

Old `PalmIndexBase` / `PalmPinkyBase` / `PalmBase` target-frame logic is not allowed to own active grip contact. In V314 the active grip side bypasses the historical `fitHandPalmPlane(...)`, palm-child CCD and final target-palm-frame fit inside the one-writer commit. Those old fields may remain as compatibility aliases, but they cannot decide pre-finger contact.

V314 adds `NEXPROD01_V314_ACTUAL_MCP_ONLY_PALM_AUTHORITY`, scored by post-commit actual `Index1`/`Pinky1` MCP + 20 mm palm-offset against the actual lower-leg capsule. Finger release remains blocked unless this actual gate passes.

This is not a finger patch. It is an authority cut to remove stale/phantom palm target points from the active grip chain.
