# V315 ACTUAL MCP SECOND-PALM SOLVE

## Intent
Implement the user's recovered grip-entry contract with actual palm authority:

1. Use only Index/Pinky MCP + ~20 mm palm-offset as hand contact points.
2. Lock the chosen first palm point to the actual outside surface.
3. Allow first contact to slide along the lower-leg capsule surface.
4. Rotate the actual wrist/hand node around the forearm/wrist axis to bring the second palm point toward the surface.
5. Refuse finger release until the post-commit actual MCP gate passes.

## Important distinction
V315 does not use thumb-up/down as a general rule. In this outside-shin case, thumb-down is an expected visual consequence of correct palm-side contact, but the gate only checks side, surface, palm orientation and penetration.

## Technical change
Added `NEXPROD01_V315_ACTUAL_MCP_SECOND_PALM_SOLVE` and made it supersede V314's MCP-only scoring step for the active left grip. V314 remains as a historical marker, but V315 owns the current actual MCP second-palm solve.
