- Hardened bottom previous/next row state.
- Real pass menu element `#settingsMenu.top-tools` is now explicitly styled and compact.
- Added stronger pass menu active/on/off states.
- Added fullscreen fallback mode for browsers where document fullscreen is blocked.
- Reasserted playlist visibility rules at the final CSS layer.
- Kept v95.17 full-width next/rest fix.
