# v95.24 – Video preload flow

## New flow
- First exercise video loads but does not autoplay.
- Bottom action button says `Starta pass ▶` for the first exercise.
- Tapping it unlocks sound/video and starts playback.
- During rest, the next exercise video is preloaded in a hidden live iframe.
- When rest ends, the preloaded iframe is promoted into the active video slot and play + sound is requested.
- iOS/Safari fallback button remains available if autoplay with sound is blocked.

## Notes
- YouTube/iOS can still block unmuted autoplay in some situations, but the preload/swap flow reduces load time and gives a clear tap fallback.
