# v95.40 – Dashboard mockup sync

## Goal
Bring dashboard/start closer to the mockup without adding new features.

## Changed
- Dashboard is now the visual center of the app.
- Homepage hero uses stronger text-led product presentation.
- Dagens pass is rebuilt as one premium card with one primary CTA.
- Fasens progress moved into a compact side card with circular progress.
- Week rhythm is now a small day-dot strip instead of large nested cells.
- Quick stats become a flat metric rail instead of another stacked panel.
- Shortcuts are smaller pill controls.
- Removes cell-in-cell feeling on the dashboard.

## Retained
- v95.39 menu/back separation.
- New start/rest/finish graphics.
- Pass view logic untouched except dashboard entry points.
