# v95.5 – Scroll-away menu

## Fixes
- Corrects menu behavior based on clarified intent.
- Top menu now sits at the top of the page but scrolls away with content.
- Removes/neutralizes fixed topbar behavior from v95.4.
- Moves topbar back into normal `.wrap` flow if earlier JS portaled it to body.
- Dropdown remains compact 2×2 with icons, but is attached to the topbar and scrolls away with it.
- Removes dynamic fixed-top spacer.
