# v96 RC19 — Dashboard mobile visual correction

## Implemented in app
- Updated `preview.html` cache-bust versions from `96rc18` to `96rc19`.
- Added RC19 CSS override block in `assets/css/app.css`.
- Fixed the hero chips: nested `.signal-icon` spans are no longer styled as large empty pill elements.
- Mobile `Framgångsmätare` now keeps the approved mockup structure: large phase ring left, text content right.
- Reduced mobile phase ring, headline, copy, D1/D2/D3 pills and KPI sizing to avoid cramped/cut layout.
- Kept lower KPI metrics as a compact 2x2 grid inside one unified card.
- Prevented `Starta pass` / `Översikt` action buttons from wrapping on real iPhone widths.
- iPad/desktop retain side metrics next to the main phase-progress area and remove small metric card outlines.

## Not introduced
- No Snabbåtkomst implementation in the app.
- No bottom navigation implementation in the app.
