# NEXT Athlete OS v96 RC17 – Mobile dashboard action dock

## Based on
v96 RC16 fullscreen locked dashboard background.

## Fixed
- Mobile dashboard action area no longer feels vertically stacked.
- `Starta pass` and `Översikt` now sit side-by-side in one shared glass action dock on phone widths.
- Kept `Starta pass` visually dominant while giving `Översikt` a compact secondary slot.
- Preserved RC16 fullscreen locked background from the top of the viewport.
- Preserved the unframed dashboard direction and existing pass-control fixes.

## QA
- JS syntax: OK
- shell.js syntax: OK
- PHP proxy lint: OK
- Static checks: OK
- Static fallback render screenshots:

## Render note
Chromium/Playwright page rendering was blocked in this sandbox (`ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ADMINISTRATOR`), so the visual QA uses the established static fallback path: HTML fixture → WeasyPrint PDF → `pdftoppm` PNG.
