# NEXT Athlete OS v96 RC2 – Visual soul

## Based on
v96 RC1.

## Why RC2
RC1 was functionally close, but the dashboard felt too box-heavy and had lost too much of the graphic/icon identity.

## Changed
- Restored graphic feeling using existing assets:
  - `assets/img/v93/visual-anchor.webp`
  - `assets/img/v93/hero/hero-dashboard.webp`
  - v93 dashboard/profile/library/tests icons
  - metric icons for pass/set/exercise/test
- Reduced visible dashboard box borders.
- Made dashboard hero feel like one composition instead of separate panels.
- Softer glass backgrounds and lower border contrast.
- Day chips and metric rail are less “cell in cell”.

## Not changed
- No pass-flow logic changes.
- No new feature additions.
- No media/preload/fullscreen logic changes.
