# NEXT Athlete OS v96 RC8 – Verified dashboard background

## Fixed
- Dashboard background is now a real `<img class="dashboard-bg-img">` layer inside `.home-hero`.
- Source: `assets/img/hero/futuristic_energy_in_motion_design.png`.
- Content sits above the image layer.
- Overlay tuned so graphic is visible but text stays readable.
- Two-column layout retained.
- Left box removed / transparent.
- Right cards softened.

## QA
