# NEXT Athlete OS v96 RC9 – Clean background + onboarding love

## Based on
v96 RC8.

## Fixed
- Replaced the generated text-poster background with clean no-text dashboard art.
- New dashboard background source:
  - `assets/img/v93/hero/hero-dashboard.webp`
- The real `<img class="dashboard-bg-img">` layer remains.
- Two-column layout remains.
- Added onboarding polish:
  - cleaner input
  - better age-level cards
  - less old-form feeling
  - same glass/visual language as dashboard

## Why
The previous background used `futuristic_energy_in_motion_design.png`, which already had text baked into the image and therefore clashed with app text.

## RC9.1 onboarding width fix
- Onboarding no longer nests a second two-column layout inside the right dashboard column.
- Prevents the title from being clipped on iPad/desktop render.
