# V97 RC3 Image Pilot Handoff Plan

## Purpose

RC3 prepares the code and production workflow for the first controlled image pilot. The pilot will generate one exercise image at a time using the selected master athlete reference, the master prompt and the exercise-specific motion prompt.

## Approval rule

Uploaded draft becomes active only after approval. Approval writes:

## Full-scale decision gate

Start 10-image batches only after the four pilot exercises are approved in app preview and pass view.
